Registration Information




We prefer you to register on-line, but you may also complete the player registration form and mail it to TJAY Soccer at the address below.

To start the new on-line registration process, you will need to:

Step 1 -  Create a new “household” account, with a new user name & password by clicking "Register" at the top right corner of the page.

Please note that this new household account (user name & password) can/should be used to manage all players in your household.

Step 2- Add all your Players (“Participants”) to your new household account.  Once these steps are complete, you can then Register each of your Players (Participants) to any age-appropriate programs available to them, by either continuing with the original process or accessing your My Account page (link located at the top right corner of the page).

What do I need to Register? 
Proof of Age
- In accordance with league requirements, ALL TJAY Soccer Club players will be required to provide the TJAY Soccer Club with an acceptable document for use as proof of age.   

Documents Acceptable for use as Proof of Age:
*  Birth Certificate
*  Uniformed Services identification and Privilege Card (DD Form 1173)
*  Passport (current or expired)
*  Alien Registration Card issued by the United States Government
*  Certificate issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service attesting to age
*  Current Driver's License
*  Unexpired Government ID (if original proof of age was required;  e.g. Motor Vehicle Agency ID)
*  Certificate of a US citizen born abroad.  Issued by the appropriate government agency

Hospital , baptismal, or religious certificates WILL NOT be accepted as Proof of Age.

Before your child will be placed on a team, you will need to provide TJAY Soccer with a copy of your child's Proof of Age Document.  Our new registration system allows you to upload a the Proof of Age Document during the registration process or you may mail it to the TJAY Soccer Club at the address below.

Player Registration Fees - Registration fees are required to be paid before the start of the season.  Payments can be made on-line or a check or money order may be sent to TJAY Soccer at the address below.  Please include the player's name on the check or money order.

Team Placement Requests - We will do the best we can to accommodate any requests made, however team placement requests are not guaranteed. After team rosters are posted, players not yet registered are not guaranteed placement on their previous season's  team.

TJAY Soccer Club Refund Policy:  It is the policy of the TJAY Soccer Club to fully refund registration fees only if TJAY Soccer Club is unable to place your child on a team.  All other refund requests are subject to a $25.00 administration fee unless a fee waiver is granted by the TJAY Board.  No refunds will be granted after the first game of the season.  There will be no reimbursements granted for games cancelled due to circumstances out of TJAY Soccer's control such as weather, field closures, Acts of God, or forfeits.

Returned Check Charge:  All returned checks will be subject to a returned check charge of $35.00.
